Are you sure that your Electricity Accounts are Correct ??

Electricity Accounts are produced from half-hourly meter readings that are remotely downloaded over the telephone line at the end of each month.  The account calculations are then carried out with the agreed Contract prices profile (144-rate, 48-rate etc).  Large sites with multiple substations will generally receive an account per substation with perhaps a bottom line summary, but the half hourly data is not summated.

The half-hourly data can be corrupt, and the contract prices or the calculations can be incorrect.  The Customer generally has no way of checking the Account.

Our Validation service collects the half-hourly data from the Supplier each month, and we produce dummy energy accounts from the known Contract prices. The data is also used for graphical site analysis and numerous load management purposes.  We can summate multiple substation data half-hourly and use it in the same ways as for single metering point information.

Data Validation Service is now open to all Customers irrespective of whether we have carried out their Tender and Negotiation of Contract or not.  Monthly Charges are to be fixed as follows including Graphical Report and Dummy Energy Account if Contract charges supplied:-

1. Administration Fee - $79 per month to cover appropriation of data.

2. Data Analysis Fee - $59 per month per metering point

3. Data Summation Fee - $59 per month (For any number of metering points)
